Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a tutor or lesson time. The team confirms availability, the lesson format and the booking arrangements with you. Review your written quote and booking terms before accepting.

Lesson arrangements
For in-person lessons, agree the address and access arrangements with the team. Any travel costs are confirmed during matching. For online lessons, confirm the platform and connection requirements before the session.

Payments and changes
Your written booking terms set out payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements. Ask the team for these details before booking or changing a lesson. This page does not introduce a separate cancellation charge or refund schedule.

Funded support
Cape Town Tutors does not accept Intellimali payments. Your funder decides what it approves. Confirm the authorisation and payment route before booking funded lessons. A programme listing is not approval for an individual claim.

Tutoring supports understanding and independent work. Keep assessments your own and follow your institution’s academic rules. Treat tutors and learners respectfully and arrange a suitable learning environment.
